Important dates

• April 1st, 2025  -  Registration and fee payment deadline

• April 25th, 2025  - Late registration

The registration fee is 170 euros and includes all lunches and coffee breaks on campus.The payment of an optional fee of 60 euros  is needed in order to attend the social dinner in the downtown Lyon (details on the restaurant to be shared soon).

The late registration fee is 270 euros, though after April 1st participants will be accepted till maximum capacity

In order to be fully enrolled both registration (Step I) and fee payment (Step II) must be finalized by the deadline. Participants can submit one or more abstracts if they wish to contribute to the workshop program, indicating their preference talk/poster in the "comment" section of the submission form.
