• 01/04/2025 - Abstract submission and registration deadline

• 25/04/2025 - Late registration

The registration fee is 170 euros and includes all lunches and coffee breaks on campus.

The late registration fee is 270 euros, though after April 1st participants will be accepted till maximum capacity. 

The payment of an optional fee of 60 euros  is needed in order to attend the social dinner in the downtown Lyon (details on the restaurant to be shared soon). 

NOTE * : the external link to pay for the registration fee will be posted here by February 15th, 2025.

Registration (here) and abstract submission (here) can be finalized before settling the payment (it advised to do so as soon as possible).  

Participants can submit more than one abstract indicating the preference talk/poster in the "comment" section of the submission form.
