Abstract submission guidelines (deadline: April 1st, 2025)

• The creation of an account on the Sciencesconf portal is needed in order to proceed with the abstract submission.
• The abstract cannot be longer than 300 words
• Participants are allowed to submit up to two abstracts (only one will be considerd for the oral program).
• The dedicated form has a "comment" section where authors must specify for each contribution the option "oral or poster".

ORAL Presentations

The oral slots will be at least 20 min. long, followed by a 5 min. question time; slides in PowerPoint or .pdf formats are allowed and will be displayed using a Windows laptop available in the seminar room. Participants are required to send the slides to the following address helio-insitu@sciencesconf.org, no later than 8pm of the day before the presentation. 

POSTERS Presentations

Posters should be printed in A1 format.
